Pickford Gate is well located within the local infrastructure network and will benefit from direct access to the A45 bypass that connects the site with Coventry, Birmingham and beyond. The M42, M6, M45 and M40 are all within 10 miles (16km) of the site.

By Road


 

With four major motorways within 10 miles of Pickford Gate, it is quick and easy to travel around the West Midlands and beyond. You can be in Coventry city centre within around 10 minutes, and Birmingham in just half an hour.

For those with electric vehicles, Coventry is home to an extensive network of rapid electirc car chargers, all of which use 100% renewable energy.

 

 

By Rail


 

Berkswell, Tile Hill, Canley and Coventry train stations are all close to Pickford Gate, offering commuter services to both Coventry and Birmingham.

Tile Hill is closest, just a 10-minute drive away, and is also accessible by bicycle and bus. Trains from here run to Coventry and Birmingham every 30 minutes. Other services will provide you with journeys venturing to places such as Bournemouth, Glasgow, Manchester and more.

By Bus


 

Pickford Gate benefits from two bus services – the X 20 and the 8/8A – providing convenient links to Coventry and Birmingham city centres, as well as Eastern Green and Walsgrave. These services run approximately every 20 minutes.

Many of Coventry’s buses are fully electric and powered by renewable energy. In fact, Coventry is on track to be the first UK all-electric-bus city by 2025.
