Countryside Partnerships purchase Phase 1

Land which will deliver the first phase of a vibrant new 2,400-home community in Coventry has been sold to Countryside Partnerships.

The parcel of land earmarked for 250 new homes forms the first phase at Pickford Gate.

Outline Planning Permission for Pickford Gate was granted in 2021 and will provide a new community comprising 2,400 new homes - including 25 per cent affordable homes - alongside 37 acres of employment land, a new primary school, district and local community centres, a transport hub and extensive open spaces and play facilities.
