Vistry Partnerships Purchase Phase 4&5

The next residential phase comprising approximately 60 acres of land earmarked for over 630 new homes has been sold to national housebuilder Vistry Group PLC.

This latest sale follows on from the sale of phase 1 to Countryside Partnerships (part of Vistry Group) in March 2023, which will deliver 247 homes; Phase 2&3A for 491 new homes which sold to David Wilson Homes in September 2024 as well as the sale of 52 acres of employment land to Royal London in October 2024.
